"Super easy to order"
I had a good experience ordering from The Scream Team. The site was simple to browse, and I found what I needed faster than I expected. Checkout was painless too—no random errors or endless extra steps, which I always appreciate. I got the confirmation email right away, and for some reason I still remember the little loading icon looked like it was spinning forever even though it was only a second. Overall, really smooth and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Pretty good selection, more than I expected"
I was mostly just browsing screamteam.com for a couple of costume ideas, but I ended up finding a lot more than I thought I would. They seem to have a wide mix of styles and options, not just the same basic costumes you see on every other site. Some parts could maybe be a little easier to sort through, but overall the selection felt solid. I’d probably check it out again for Halloween or a themed party.

"Pretty close, close to the photos"
It looked close to the pictures, close enough that I wasn’t upset or anything. The only thing is the colors were a little off, like just a bit, bit different than I expected.

"Fair price, but I got a little nervous after paying"
The prices seemed reasonable compared to a few other sites I looked at, so I went ahead and ordered. I’ll admit I felt a bit unsure right after payment, like wondering if everything would actually go through okay, but it ended up being fine. I got what I needed without spending too much. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but the value feels solid. I’d probably use it again if the price stays around the same.

"I thought the items were really cool..."
I thought the items were really cool, but the shipping cost kind of took the excitement out of it. You find something you like, and then the extra fee at checkout makes you think twice

The quality is really good and it feels sturdy, so I’m happy with it overall. I just wish it didn’t take so much effort to deal with, because getting it set up was more of a chore than I expected.

At first glance, I’d say it looks real enough, so I’m assuming most people wouldn’t notice unless they were looking closely. The overall design is fine, but it gives off a slightly uneven vibe in some spots, which makes it feel less polished than I expected.

I ordered my normal size, but it was way tighter than I expected and just wasn’t comfortable to wear. The material itself seemed okay, so that wasn’t really the issue. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “sizes can vary a bit by style,” which I get, but this felt more than just a small difference for me.

"Packaging was fine... until I looked closer"
My order showed up on time, so at first I was like, okay great, no complaints. But then I actually looked at the box and the mood changed fast. It had a few dents, and the tape looked like it was barely hanging on. Luckily, nothing inside was damaged, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything. I just expected better packaging for the price. Not awful, but definitely something they should improve

"I ordered two masks and a..."
I ordered two masks and a shirt, and it all came in the sizes and colors I picked. You’d think that should be the normal thing, but I still always check because mistakes happen, and luckily nothing was missing.

The packing slip matched the order too, so there wasn’t any back-and-forth needed. Straightforward experience overall, and I’d order from them again...

"Broke way too fast"
This didn’t last very long at all before it broke. I was already annoyed, and then the constant aggressive reminders to leave a review just made it more frustrating. Not a great experience.
